Soya Beans

Soya beans (Soybeans) are the legume Glycine max. Soya or Soy is the general term for ingredients derived from the soya bean. Examples of soya foods include tofu, tempeh, natto, miso and soya milk. The soya bean is an ancient and versatile bean which is widely used in food processing and in vegetarian and vegan foods.
